1. The service
Quillo generates social-media content drafts based on the brand voice and topics you provide. Drafts are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you publish.
2. Plans & billing
The free plan includes 15 generations per calendar month. Pro is a R99/month subscription billed via PayFast. You can cancel anytime in Settings; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Fair use applies to Pro (400 generations/month).
3. Your content
You own your voice profiles, topics and generated drafts. You grant Quillo only the processing rights needed to operate the service (storing your data and sending prompts to AI providers). We claim no ownership of what you publish.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Quillo to produce unlawful, defamatory, misleading or spam content, or content that violates platform rules where you post it. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent plan limits.
5. No guarantees
AI-generated text can be imperfect. Quillo is provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the month the claim arises.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
