Disconnect a social account
If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account, go to Accounts inside Quillo and click Disconnect. This immediately and permanently deletes the access token and account details Quillo received from Meta for that account. Nothing about that connection is retained.
Delete your entire Quillo account
Go to Settings → Delete my account. This immediately removes your profile, brand voices, drafts, publishing history and all connected social accounts (including every token received from Meta), and revokes your sign-in. It cannot be undone. Payment records are retained only as required for financial-record compliance and are de-linked from your identity.
Remove Quillo on the Facebook side
You can also revoke Quillo's access from within Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find Quillo and remove it. After that, any token Quillo holds for your account stops working; use the steps above to erase the stored records too.
